Job Description
As we continue to grow, an opportunity has arisen for a passionate family lawyer with a “can do” attitude. We seek a part-time family lawyer with 3-5 years PAE to join our team and work exclusively with private clients. Qualifications & Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. 3-5 years solid post admission experience practising in all aspects of family law.
2. An unrestricted Queensland Practising Certificate.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
4. Competent time management and time recording skills.
5. Robust problem and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to work and achieve realistic monthly performance targets.
7. Ability to type and produce own documents and precedents.
8. Familiarity with Smokeball software or similar.
9. Ability to connect and empathise with your client.
