Job Description:
* We are looking for individuals who enjoy providing customers with advice and excellent service. We will give you all the product training you need to represent our household name brands.
* As a Customer Service Advisor, your day-to-day activities will involve helping a mix of trade and DIY customers across our range of marketing leading paints and coatings products.
* You will be working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to learn new skills and work with a variety of products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively in a team environment
* Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is highly desirable
