Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to fill a key position within our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and communicating complex information effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

* Apply project management methodologies to plan, monitor and deliver work packages.
* Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision as an effective member of a team, using a high level of initiative to manage competing priorities.
* Demonstrated experience initiating, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
* Communicate complex information clearly and concisely through written briefs, reporting and presentations.
* Apply judgement to resolve issues and make evidence-informed decisions.


Desirable Skills:

* Experience in managing end-to-end projects within government or community services, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including with the community, government, and service providers.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
* Demonstrated understanding of engagement principles, or consultation processes.
* Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems.


What You'll Need To Succeed:

* Experience of liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to communicate effectively and provide advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex to complex enquiries.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to set priorities and manage workflow.
* Experience in data management and analysis.
* Proven ability to lead and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
* Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
* Previous experience in a similar role within the public sector.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, standards, methodologies, and precedents.
* This role requires candidates to be an Australian Citizen.
* Successful candidates will need to complete 2x reference checks and be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
