ABOUT THE POSITION.As a Bid Manager, you'll play a key role in producing tender submissions that win work and represent the business with professionalism and polish. Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager and working closely with estimators, project teams, and directors, you'll coordinate documentation, support business development efforts, and ensure every submission aligns with brand, quality, and compliance expectations.
DUTIES.
* Prepare and coordinate compelling tender and EOI submissions
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather key project information
* Maintain and update CVs, project profiles, and company capability statements
* Track upcoming tenders and submission deadlines
* Format, proofread and ensure brand consistency across all documents
* Assist with marketing collateral and business development tasks as needed
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
* Previous experience in a bid, marketing, or admin role within construction, design or property
* Strong attention to detail and written communication
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign (or willingness to learn)
* Organised, deadline-driven and comfortable managing multiple priorities
* A team-first mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
