About the Role
The goal of this role is clear: build customer loyalty through quick and smooth digital purchases.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Define and carry out the digital eCommerce checkout strategy and roadmap.
2. Deliver insights for weekly, monthly and quarterly business performance reviews.
3. Lead customer-focused experiences and new capabilities throughout digital commerce touchpoints.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives on time.
5. Analyse customer insights, market trends, and experimentation results to prioritise roadmap decisions develop business cases.
6. Manage capacity planning and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
7. Buid positive relationships with vendors and internal partners.
