Overview
Vish is hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our customer success team. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers (including system configuration, setup, and user training) while providing customer support to salon owners and their employees as required.
About Vish
Vish is changing and innovating the hair colour industry. At the local level, Vish helps salons eliminate waste, manage their inventory, increase service revenue, and provide valuable insight into their colour business. At the global level, Vish will revolutionize supply chain management for the entire hair colour industry.
Responsibilities
End-to-end account management (customer onboarding, training, customer support)
Ensure onboarding timelines are met and are on track, and highlight onboarding concerns as they arise
Utilize HubSpot / CRM to track customer data
Manage customer support inquiries
Support the customer success team when necessary
Other duties as required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Evidence of independence and a self-starter attitude
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate current software effortlessly
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited university
Experience with MS Excel
Experience with HubSpot is an asset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Evidence of critical thinking and problem-solving skills
