Description
The Lead Power Platform Developer will be responsible for managing, maintaining and administering key custom CRM-based corporate applications within the Dynamics 365 portfolio. Current development focus is on the existing priority applications supporting regulatory approvals and compliance processes (Stakeholder Management System and Approvals Management System). The Dynamics 365 Apps Specialist will proactively resolve issues, lead the technical design and development of features and provide strategic advice on opportunities to enhance the applications. They will also advocate for good system design practises across all systems and adherence to policies and procedures.
Deliverables - Technical & Operational
Provide technical and architectural advice on Dynamics 365 best practices
Lead the continual development and support for the Dynamics 365 CRM platform
Collaborate with product and technical teams to design and develop product features
Deliver solution enhancements to the Dynamics 365 applications whilst adhering to good development practises
Provide input to strategic planning, road mapping and estimating sessions as required
Support the technical team by providing technical direction and review of deliverables
Develop support documentation
Profile
Tertiary qualification in Software Development desirable
Minimum 8 years' experience in custom Dynamics 365 development including plug-ins, workflows, integrations and strong skills in PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and related Microsoft Power Platform tools.
Demonstrates strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building and negotiation skills to influence internal stakeholders
Experience with development of business systems and solution design
Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
Uses initiative, demonstrates resilience and a continuous improvement mindset and proactive approach to problem solving
Understanding of system integration techniques and complexities
Problem solver, who uses initiative and demonstrates resilience, thriving
