Alfabs Mining Equipment located at Unanderra (Wollongong) provides QDS, Secondary Support, Longwall Move and Material Handling Equipment for purchase and hire. The equipment is custom designed and built to suit our client's specific requirements.

This full‑time role presents an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, grow your career, and contribute to the ongoing success of our business. What you'll bring:
* Relevant trade qualifications
* A strong safety‑first mindset
* Previous experience servicing and repairing underground mining equipment (e.g., LHDs, Drift Runners)
* DES experience with ticket (highly desirable)
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and project scopes
* Current driver's licence
* Exceptional work ethic with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Willingness to work overtime as required to support company goals Other desirable skills and experience:
* Certificate IV in Hydraulics
* Forklift licence* Current Coal Board Medical
* Current Coal Board Medical
