TEAM Group (Aust) is a Mackay-based engineering company providing heavy engineering, project management, and fabrication services to clients across the mining, minerals processing, port facilities, and bulk materials handling industries.
Due to continued growth, we are urgently seeking applications from experienced Structural Engineers to support our site-based works.
Key Responsibilities
* Assume overall responsibility for structural design and remediation projects
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage design outcomes
* Identify and develop process improvement opportunities
* Ensure compliance with company procedures, systems, and engineering standards
* Contribute to maintaining a positive, safe, and productive working culture
Essential Requirements
* RPEQ certification (mandatory)
* Degree qualification in Structural, Mechanical, Civil, or Design Engineering
* Experience with CAD and structural analysis software
* Demonstrated experience in structural engineering and drafting
* Ability to obtain a Coal Board Medical
* Exceptional professional communication skills
* Proactive attitude with strong time management and task prioritisation skills
