Key responsibilities In the role of Project Management Support Officer, you will provide high level administrative support to the project team staff. You will co-ordinate, maintain and manage project records within the Central Queensland Operations Unit and coordinate and organise the delivery of essential administration services and information to both internal and external clients. Accountabilities include: • Support management and project teams for the client and communicate with senior departmental officers and construction industry representatives in a professional manner. • Provide accurate, timely and confidential support to the business Operations Unit project teams. Including preparation and distribution of project and other documentation, project document control, supervision and maintenance of the Operations Unit project records management system. • Ensure the efficient management of all project correspondence so that all issues are prioritised and directed to the appropriate officer for action, incorporating the coordination of an effective and efficient project document management system. • In liaison with project managers, monitor project expenses and invoices as required, including administration of purchasing practices such as corporate card transactions, expenditure vouchers, travel and cab charge costs.
