Job Summary:

The Partnerships Support Coordinator role involves managing the administrative aspects of both domestic and international education partnerships. This includes overseeing contract-related tasks, ensuring compliance with agreements, and maintaining accurate records.

This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders, including faculties, business units, and external partners. The successful candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can provide secretariat support for partnership governance groups, coordinate documentation, and ensure compliance and quality assurance.


Key Responsibilities:

* Secretariat Support: Provide support for partnership governance groups, including coordination and documentation
* Compliance and Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and quality assurance
* Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records, support the development of new resources, and assist in managing partner contracts and monitoring performance
* Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of partnership management practices across the University
