About the Role
Join our flagship store at Chadstone Shopping Centre as an Assistant Store Manager and help lead one of our highest-performing teams in Australia's denim destination.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a fast-paced, high-volume environment where results matter and team culture thrives. You'll work alongside an experienced Store Manager to drive sales performance, exceed KPIs, and deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the iconic Just Jeans brand.
This is a full-time leadership role requiring availability across weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays.
A Day in the Life
* Assist in achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
* Provide coaching and feedback to team members, helping them grow in their roles.
* Oversee daily operations including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a safe and inclusive work environment.
What You'll Bring
* Previous leadership experience in customer service.
* Experience in driving sales and achieving KPIs.
* Ability to provide feedback and coach a team to success.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
* Visual merchandising experience is a plus.
