Our purpose-built performance and rehab centre is located in Willetton and services clientele from development athletes, professional athletes, state level and local level sporting clubs and post-surgical long-term rehabilitation through our physiotherapy clinic.
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced or developing leader in the gym, fitness and rehab industry, with a passion and dedication to the success of our athletes and members and a key desire to help our facilities services grow and service the broader community.
Key Responsibilities
 * Sales & membership management: lead calls, onboarding, renewals, debt collection — meet monthly KPIs.
 * Lead marketing: organic social media content, Facebook/Instagram ads, industry networking, scheduling & performance reporting.
 * Improve client experience through exceptional service, communication, events and support.
 * Support physiotherapy clinic ops: appointment flows, billing, and clinician rostering (if applicable).
 * Manage day-to-day operations: staff rostering & general communication, facility maintenance, OH&S.
Requirements
 * Cert IV in Fitness (SIS40221) or equivalent industry experience.
 * Demonstrated experience in membership sales/conversions and collections.
 * Experience creating & scheduling social media content (Facebook/Instagram).
 * Diploma of Leadership & Management or comparable people-management experience preferred.
 * Certificate IV in Marketing & Communication or proven digital marketing results.
 * Tertiary qualification in Exercise Science / Physiotherapy for clinical oversight roles.
