As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel facilities to meet our standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
- Room Cleaning: Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Linen and Towel Care: Replace linens and towels in guest rooms as needed, and ensure they are clean and in positive condition.
- Restocking Supplies: Ensure that all guest room amenities, such as toiletries and towels, are adequately stocked and replaced, as necessary.
- Public Areas: Clean and maintain the cleanliness of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and common spaces.
- Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues, damaged items, or necessary repairs to the Housekeeping Manager or Maintenance Team.
- Lost and Found: Properly handle any lost and found items following hotel policies and procedures.
- Guest Requests: Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met to enhance their stay.
- Laundry Duties: Assist with laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels.
- Safety and Hygiene: Follow safety and hygiene protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and cleaning chemicals.
- Availability for flexible work hours, including weekends and evenings.

Skills & Experience

- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects.
