A well-regarded national mid-tier law firm is seeking a capable and driven Solicitor with 2 years' post-admission experience to join its leading Construction Law team, based in its Sydney office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a practice known for handling major front-end and back-end construction matters across infrastructure, energy, transport, and commercial development projects. About the Role: Act for developers, contractors, consultants, and government bodies in a broad mix of construction disputes and advisory matters Draft and negotiate key project documentation including contracts, consultant agreements, and subcontractor terms Manage matters involving Security of Payment, defective works claims, delay disputes, and adjudications Work closely with experienced Partners on complex, high-value disputes and advisory work Be part of a collaborative team with strong national and cross-practice support About You: 2 years PQE with experience in construction law (litigation and/or transactional) Strong knowledge of construction legislation, SOPA, and dispute resolution processes Excellent drafting skills and commercial acumen A proactive and organised approach to managing matters Committed to building strong client relationships and growing your legal expertise This role offers exposure to high-profile matters, real career development opportunities, and a supportive workplace culture that values flexibility and performance.
