* Command your station independently and make the critical calls during the rush

* Execute world-class food safety standards in a high-security environment
About You
* Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate is the golden ticket to this role
* Proven track record of thriving in high-volume or fast-paced retail kitchens
* Own transport is non-negotiable for crushing the 0400 starts or 2100 finishes
* Solo operator mindset capable of running a tight ship without micromanagement
* High-energy attitude ready to handle the heat, the pace, and the clean-up
