About the Role
As a Regional Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and motivating Store Leaders across multiple locations. You will be responsible for driving sales growth through your exceptional leadership skills, commercial acumen, and operational expertise.
* Managing direct reports to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service experiences.
* Acting as a brand ambassador and fostering a culture of customer first mindset among team members.
* Driving sales performance through effective communication, coaching, and training.
* Reviewing results and identifying areas for improvement to drive sales growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Providing clear and consistent communication aligned with the company strategy to ensure seamless execution.
* Identifying and addressing skill gaps among Store Leaders through regular coaching and training sessions.
* Fostering talent retention through internal professional progression opportunities.
* Contributing to successful recruitment activations and networking to attract top talent.
