**About the Company

**About the role**
With the support of a dedicated Finance Manager team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end payroll solutions across multiple entities with varied working conditions. Daily you will collaborate with the finance and people and culture team as well as the broader business leaders and team members. You will be involved in administering a fortnightly pay run including but not limited to:
- New starters, adjustments, termination calculations etc. and system
- Award interpretation and Pay query resolution,
- Support Year End process along with monthly reconciliations,
- Data management (including roster management info) and Reporting,
- All statutory (Child support, Superannuation, PAYG and Payroll Tax) and non-statutory payroll payments are prepared, remitted and reconciled in accordance with business requirements.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies,
- Participation in ad hoc projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
**About you**
You will be a seasoned payroll practitioner with experience supporting complex workgroups. You will have demonstrable success in operating within a continuous improvement framework and a desire to build your skill set as the business grows. You will demonstrate a strong work ethic with a passion for professional growth and demonstrate resilience in what will be a demanding and fast paced environment. Previous experience with
**ConnX and Micropay **will be highly regarded and ensure you hit the ground running.
