Lead Psychologist Role
The ORS Psychology team is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced registered psychologist to lead our psychology clinic. The clinic provides a range of psychological services, including short-term mental health interventions under the Better Access Scheme and Employee Assistance Program individual therapy. We also provide assessment and diagnostic services and psychological capacity building under the NDIS.

While leading a team and providing psychological practice, you will utilize evidence-based brief intervention strategies and techniques from modalities such as CBT, ACT & DBT. This will be underpinned by person-centered and trauma-informed approaches to psychological therapy.

Learning and Development (L&D)
We value the clinical and professional development of our staff. Our CPD program includes regular peer group supervision sessions and monthly online PD sessions (both in business hours and after hours).
Staff have direct access to consult at any time and receive advice on complex cases from our dedicated General Manager, who has over 20 years of experience in delivering Psychology and associated services.
Requirements
* Full Psychology Registration with AHPRA.
* A car and licence.
* A National Police Clearance and Working With Children.
* Experience in delivering face-to-face, video, and telephone evidence-based psychological interventions inclusive of associated and relevant Psychological assessments.
* AHPRA Board-Approved status - highly desirable.
