With a strong reputation, long-term client base, and a deeply consultative approach, we're now expanding our account capability and looking for an experienced Account Manager who can own and grow key relationships.
The Opportunity As an Account Manager, you will lead a portfolio of established education clients and be responsible for retention, growth, and overall customer satisfaction. You'll work consultatively with decision-makers and influencers across each client to align IT with their roadmap, uncover new opportunities, and ensure they are getting maximum value from our services. This is not a transactional role — it's strategic, relationship-led, and outcome-focused.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive cross-sell and up-sell across cybersecurity, modern workplace, cloud, connectivity, telephony, and professional services.
* Identify white-space within each school and build structured plans to fill it.
* Present technology roadmaps, QBRs, and multi-year improvement plans.
* Maintain strong relationships across principals, business managers, IT coordinators, and key educational staff.
* Proactively manage account health, renewal cycles, contract reviews, MSAs, and service expansions.
* Champion customer success to maximise satisfaction and retention.
* Understand school environments, budget cycles, and IT maturity stages.
* Educate clients on cyber risks, compliance, and security standards.
* Deliver structured QBRs and build improvement roadmaps.
* Collaborate with technical, service delivery, and projects teams.
What We're Looking For
* A minimum 5 years experience in an MSP, IT services, or consulting environment.
* Strong understanding of the Australian education sector.
* Proven ability to retain and grow a client portfolio.
* Strong commercial acumen and communication skills.
* Ability to present QBRs and hold senior-level conversations.
* A proactive and structured operator focused on customer outcomes.
