About the role
As the Registered Nurse, you are responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services, and most importantly, a quality lifestyle for our residents. This is a casual role with the opportunity of going permanent.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the delivery of quality clinical services in line with a resident-centred model of care
* Manage and provide efficient, effective, and compassionate care planning and assessment
* Ensure medication management is provided safely and effectively in line with legislative requirements and policy
* Work collaboratively with staff, other health professionals, residents, their families, and Clinical Leadership teams to ensure clinical decisions are based on best practice and positive resident outcomes
About you
* AHPRA Registration and current First Aid Certificate
* Recent nursing/clinical experience in the last 5 years or evidence of a refresher course
* Effective communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
* Initiative and a desire to continually improve client care
* Capability to prioritise tasks and achieve goals within set timeframes
* A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation
* NDIS Workers Clearance within the last 5 years
