ABOUT THE POSITION.
Immediate opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing Sydney team. You will work alongside an established team of recruitment professionals and be responsible for assisting the team with candidate resourcing and candidate management. This position is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to start their recruitment career within a 180-degree structure, then hoping to develop and transition into a 360-degree Recruitment Consultant in future.
This is a full-time position with an immediate start.
DUTIES.
* Candidate resourcing and Candidate management
* Attend Candidate meetings and interviews
* Contractor management
* Permanent and temporary placements
* Observe, learn, and absorb the 360-degree recruitment process
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
* Exposure to recruitment and/or corporate sales is advantageous, but not a necessity
* A motivation and drive to constantly learn and develop is imperative
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
* Ability to work well autonomously, as well as in a collaborative team
