Senior Veterinary Surgeon - Small Animal

Responsibilities:
Lead a dedicated team of vets and nurses, creating a positive and supportive working environment alongside championing excellence in clinical standards and client care while encouraging open case discussions and reflective practice.
Foster teamwork, promote continuous learning, and support career development to help your colleagues thrive and ensure the best outcomes for our patients and clients.
Work-Life Balance:
We understand the importance of flexibility and balance. We offer rota patterns and working hours that can be tailored to your circumstances, and we are committed to finding a schedule that suits you. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, worked over four or five days depending on your preference, with a commitment to 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (9am-1pm).
