Key Points Part Time - 3 days, (compulsory Friday) Pro Rata 80k Super Drivers Licence Must love dogs Key Responsibilities : Graphic Design Design and layout a wind rang of print materials including business cars, flyers, signage, brochures, packaging and promotional items Proof and review all artwork before sending to print or to client for approval Create and edit designs for a range of printed materials including business cars, flyers, signage, brochures, packaging and large format prints Collaborate with client and account managers to understand design briefs and deliver creative solutions that meet objectives. Design within brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency and professional execution Finished Art and Prepress Prepare and preflight artwork for digital printing (CMYK, bleed, crop marks, resolution, etc) Ensure all artwork is accurate, correctly sized, colour-calibrated and ready for output Ensure all files meet technical specifications and are optimized for different print formats and substrates Apply bleed, crop marks, overprints, trapping and other necessary finishing requirements Conduct final quality checks on all artwork before going to print Digital Print Operation Set up, operate and maintain digital print equipment (eg: Konica Minolta, HP) Load substrates, adjust print setting, calibrate colours, and troubleshoot minor print issues Conduct quality control checks throughout the print process to ensure consistent, high-quality output Assist with basic finishing task (eg: trimming, binding, laminating, collating) as required Production & Support Liaise with printing operators and production staff to communicate specific job requirements Assist with proofing, revisions and resolving artwork or file issues quickly Maintain file management systems and version control Sales and Customer Service Act as first point of contact for walk-in in and phone/email enquires Consult with clients on print and design requirements, providing expert guidance on materials, finishes and file set up Generate quotes Build strong relationships with clients Systems & Tools You'll Use: In Design Adobe Suite Illustrator Microsoft Office Flex (Database) Qualifications & Skills: Graphic Design Diploma Familiarity with the systems and tools mentioned Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Calm and welcoming nature If you feel you fit all of the above criteria, then please APPLY NOW!
