About the role
Arc Spray Engineering is seeking a dedicated Factory Hand to join our team in Forrestdale, WA. As a Factory Hand, you will play a crucial role in our production processes, contributing to the efficient and high-quality manufacturing of our products. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company.
What you'll be doing
1. Assist with the production of our specialist engineering products
2. Operate Forklifts and crane equipment in a safe and responsible manner
3. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a well-organised and functional work environment
4. Assist with Sandblasting and Painting tasks.
5. Support the production team in meeting deadlines and achieving targets
6. Assist with welding and Grinding tasks. (Onsit training is given)
7. Contribute to a collaborative and positive work culture
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely
3. Excellent manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
4. A commitment to workplace health and safety
5. The ability to work effectively as part of a team
6. Good communication and problem-solving skills
