Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.What We’re Looking ForHave an inspiring leader persona, focusing teams on a philosophy of sales development & execution through a business outcome & client satisfaction approach.Have people management (Manager, Team Lead or Coach) experience in a scale-up UCaaS, CCaaS or SaaS environment.Have experience within Unified Communications, Cloud Telephony, Video or Web collaboration solutions sales.Have experience of leading/selling business transformative solutions in Digital Workplace Transformation.Have experience in sales in partner-driven sales organizations; able to manage a pipeline of direct and channel sales.Have expertise in business forecasting, pipeline development, and people management skills.Be able to demonstrate excellence in communication & presentation skills with the ability to build relevant & strategic messaging.Ways of WorkingOur structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
