As a Personal Care Professional, you will play a vital role in facilitating positive health and well-being options for individuals, families, and carers.
* Provision of person-centred care duties

Requirements
* Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or working towards)
* Ability to provide person-centred care duties
* Desire and willingness to work with residents to empower them
* Care skills driven by compassion
* Experience in Aged Care desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* Team player with high motivation
* Availability to work various shifts across days
