With multiple branches across the region and continued growth across their operations, the business is now seeking an experienced Area Manager to provide leadership across a portfolio of branches in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs.
This is a significant leadership opportunity for a commercially minded operator who enjoys building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence in a trade-focused environment.
The Opportunity
Reporting into senior leadership, the Area Manager will oversee the performance of several branches, ensuring strong operational delivery, customer service and commercial outcomes across the region.
* Leading and mentoring Branch Managers and site teams
* Driving revenue growth and operational performance across multiple locations
* Strengthening customer relationships across trade, builder and contractor markets
* Ensuring safety, compliance and operational best practice
* Supporting the continued expansion and growth of the business
About You
You will bring proven experience leading multi-site or branch-based operations within building materials, landscaping supplies, concrete products or related trade industries.
Most importantly, you are a people-focused leader with strong commercial instincts and the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high operational standards.
Your background may include experience as a:
* Operations Manager within building materials or construction supply
