About the Role
The objective of the AI Business Solutions practice is to become the trusted partner for our customers in advising and delivering modern solutions. This is a hybrid role with flexible work from home options & may be based out of multiple locations within Australia. It reports to the Head of AI Business Solutions.
Scope of Role
* Actively contributing to hands‑on development of Power Platform/Dynamics 365 CE solutions, ensuring alignment with Microsoft's best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
* Participating in technical (code) reviews, technical documentation, and remediation plans throughout all aspects of the software development life cycle.
* Liaise closely with stakeholders and the wider project team in gathering requirements, agile ceremonies, user acceptance testing, and go live activities.
* Share/presenting to the wider Solutions team to share knowledge/experience in project implementations.
* Identify improvement opportunities as well as adopting new methods and best practices for CBS' clients.
* Attend onsite visits to clients when required.
About You
We are looking for someone who has experience in delivering Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform solutions using Agile methodologies. They would demonstrate analytical, troubleshooting & problem‑solving skills. Customer facing experience in consulting roles would be preferred. Certification in Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform & experience in PCF development, scripting languages is highly desirable.
* More than 3 years' development experience with Power Platform / Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and its development tools.
* More than 3 years' development experience with Power Apps Portals/Power Pages and its development tools.
* More than 3 years' development experience with Power Automate.
* Familiar and experience in two or more Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Project Service Automation/Project Operations, Field Services, etc.).
* Familiar and experience in Microsoft .NET, Visual Studio, XRM toolbox, Azure DevOps.
* Familiar and experience of SSRS reports and Power BI integration with Power Platform.
