This Tribunal serves the community by resolving civil and administrative disputes and making decisions in human rights and guardianship cases. It services a diverse range of Victorian disputes, from residential tenancy matters to complex building and property and human rights matters, which have a deep reach into the Victorian community and a direct impact on the economy in planning, property, health, and small business.
**Your new role**

The role will embed human-centred design practices into the organisation, providing specialist capabilities to support the organisation in achieving its strategy with frameworks and tools to incubate and accelerate best-in-class products & services for the community, through agile and iterative design and including its trial, through to launch and scale.
The purpose of the Insights & HCD Lead role is to drive the Strategy and Operational Change's efforts in engaging deeply with users — building the benchmarks for user experience.
This involves using deep community insights (quantitative and qualitative), human-centred design approaches and a systems lens to improve the individual and community's experiences, in a way that is measurable and outcomes-focused.
**What you'll need to succeed***
- Extensive experience in designing human-centred end-to-end services and products across all channels (including face-to-face), from strategy, research, innovation, blueprints, business design, outcomes measurement and benefits realisation.
- Demonstrated experience in working across qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, experience in the development and execution of diverse and context specific ethnographic or design research.
- Demonstrated experience working at a senior level within an organisation with strong people and design leadership and engagement skills as well as experience in leading and facilitating cross-functional and multi-skilled projects and teams
