ResponsibilitiesWork alongside clients in workshops and interviews to understand challenges and explore solutionsCreate practical, value-adding recommendations to improve systems, processes and cultureSupport the design and delivery of assurance and internal audits engagements across public sector projectsEvaluate governance, risk and compliance frameworks to understand how organisations really workAnalyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for changeContribute to proposals and business development initiativesGain exposure to the full engagement lifecycle — from scoping and planning through fieldwork, reporting to presenting findings
QualificationsYou are currently studying (or recently completed) a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics or similar, with an interest in accounting, audit, public sector or governanceYou have a collaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solvingYou have clear communication skills and a willingness to learnYou have strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skillsYou are an Australian Citizen
