About the Role
LD Total is seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Estimator located in our Burswood office. This offers an opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation by accurately estimating project costs to assist with managing contracts throughout their lifecycle.
We are open to considering applicants from with all levels of experience. Whether you already have experience as an Estimator, or you're relatively new to the industry, we offer training and development opportunities and a supportive team environment.
This opportunity is offered on a full‐time basis and ready for an immediate start.
Requirements
* Proven experience in estimating within the construction industry (preferred)
* In‐depth knowledge of construction project management processes and contracts
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with keen attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to negotiate effectively
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
