If you're a driven Site Manager looking to step into a key role on a significant project, this could be the right opportunity.The RoleAs you take the lead on large-scale commercial build projects, you will:Lead and provide mentorship the entire site team.Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors.Ensure teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.Liaise closely with clients and internal departments.Identify and promptly resolve issues as they arise.Work closely with the Project Manager and support documentation.The Like MindTo be successful, you will have experience working across commercial projects at $15M+ and bring relevant trade qualifications, preferably in carpentry. You’ll be across construction drawings and specifications and understand how to effectively manage sequencing on complex jobs. Strong communication and leadership skills are key – you’ll need to work well with trades, subs, and clients alike.
