This casual position offers flexible hours to suit your lifestyle, with shifts varying between 6:30am and 8:00pm. You'll be the friendly face and voice of our business, assisting with bookings, rental enquiries, and general administrative tasks that keep our operations running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person.
* Manage bookings, rental agreements, and vehicle availability using company systems.
* Process payments, refunds, and insurance options accurately and efficiently.
* Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and office organisation.
* Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth rental operations.
* Communicate with customers regarding after-hours pick-ups, special requests, and rental requirements.
* Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
About You
* Previous experience in customer service, administration, or hospitality is highly desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.
