It is a permanent, full-time position. POSITION PURPOSE As our new Primary Care Sales Representative, you will build strong relationships with primary care (GPs) in Victoria to promote Lilly's Cardio Metabolic health portfolio and meet patient needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Key Customers in primary care.Achieve sales targets by promoting products to targeted customers.Operate with high ethical standards and integrity.Maintain excellent knowledge of disease areas, products, competitors, and market trends.Create detailed territory business plans to meet objectives within a defined geographic area.Develop specific action plans for key customers.Identify and offer multi-channel solutions aligned with the Lilly portfolio.Lead educational initiatives such as speaker meetings and webinars.Travel within the territory and occasionally interstate to service customers and attend meetings. ENVIRONMENT & POSITION CHALLENGES Require expertise in community environments and patient flow.Collaborate across teams to build networks and add value to customers. KEY COMPETENCIES & SELECTION CRITERIA Critical Skills & Attributes:Selling capability with a strategic customer focusStakeholder engagement skills to build relationships with HCPs and internal partnersScientific knowledge to understand and communicate disease statesStrong professional communication skillsBusiness acumen to understand drivers and solve problemsPlanning and execution skills for strategic actionsHigh organizational skills for prioritizing and administrative tasksLeadership Qualities:Learning agility to handle diverse situationsEmotional intelligence to understand and manage emotionsResilience to persevere through setbacks and adapt to changeCompliance with operating principles and procedures Preferred Experience & Qualifications Sales or account management experience is desirableQualifications in biomedical science, pharmacology, business, or marketing are preferredProficiency with technology for administrative and compliance purposes Qualifications Tertiary qualification in science, pharmacy, nursing, or businessLilly is committed to inclusive employment and supports individuals with disabilities.
