Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Preference for a Mechanical or Service Technician background or field experience within the healthcare or service-related sector.
* Strong problem solving to customer's needs and provide appropriate solutions
* Ability to deliver a high level of communication and professional customer service
* The ability to work independently with strong time management, punctuality and admin skillset
* Current and valid Driver's License and willing to travel to meet client requirements
Duties & Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and complete repairs and servicing with the highest level of skill and customer service
* Preparing clear, accurate and concise service records
* Maintaining servicing equipment and the company vehicle in a good condition, ensuring inventory is adequate
* Become an expert on our products, staying up-to-date with new features and offerings and using this knowledge to deliver seamless repairs
* Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Australian Standards and Company Policy
* Fully maintained company van, mobile and laptop
