You will build strong teams, recruit exceptional talent, develop Store Managers, and bring energy and urgency to the way stores operate. You'll be a hands-on leader with a proven ability to build culture, strengthen teams, and drive commercial results. What will you be doing? Leading, coaching and developing Store Managers and their teams across Sydney Driving sales performance and improving results across the region Recruiting, onboarding and building high-performing store teams Creating a positive, accountable culture with clear expectations Ensuring stores maintain exceptional standards of presentation, VM and customer experience Working with pace and urgency to manage priorities across multiple sites Analysing performance, identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to lift results What skills will you bring? Proven multi-site retail management experience in womenswear fashion A resilient and positive leadership style, able to motivate teams through change Strong experience recruiting, building and developing store teams Polished and professional presentation with a passion for style and apparel Commercially astute with strong operational and business acumen Excellent communication and relationship-building skills You must have a reliable car. Travel is a key part of this role and occasionally you may assist with transferring stock between stores.
