You'll have strong communication skills, a willingness to take guidance, and an interest in how engineering projects are planned and delivered. An interest in project coordination, production planning, procurement, or project management is highly regarded, as is any exposure to manufacturing, production environments, CAD tools such as SolidWorks, or relevant internship or vacation work experience.

What desirable attributes should you have?

* Willing to ask questions and seek guidance
* Strong sense of responsibility and follow‐through
* Enjoys working across technical, production, and operational teams
Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with developing and maintaining production schedules aligned to contract milestones
* Help track progress against schedule and identify potential risks or delays
* Support procurement activities, including engaging suppliers, tracking lead times, and monitoring material availability
* Assist with basic cost tracking and budget awareness for production activities
* Provide engineering and technical support to production teams, including documentation and work instructions
* Participate in project and production meetings and contribute to status updates
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and production processes
* Actively contribute to workplace health, safety, and quality requirements
* Combination of office‐based project work and hands‐on exposure to workshop and production environments
* Interaction with manufacturing equipment, tooling, and production lines
* Supportive environment with mentoring from experienced engineers
