The role of Corporate Services Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to Human Resources Officers.
About the Role
As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will be involved in a range of tasks including receiving telephone calls and emails, sorting and distributing correspondence, and assisting with records and file management.
* You will provide effective general administrative support to Human Resources Officers.
* You will also assist with other administrative or support services as directed by the manager or unit team leader.

Your Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Providing administration services including receiving telephone calls and emails to the work unit and directing these to appropriate areas.
* Sorting, distributing and tracking correspondence and providing a follow up service where necessary.
* Assisting with records and file management.
