The Role:
You'll be the engine behind the annual Marketing Roadmap — turning big-picture strategy into polished, high-performing campaigns.
* Project manage and execute quarterly marketing objectives
* Elevate brand narrative, imagery and overall aesthetic
* Drive social media growth and mid‐long term strategy
* Strengthen SEO and digital performance
* Oversee website management and campaign rollouts
* Ensure consistency across all property campaigns (print, digital, video, signage)
* Increase PR exposure and media coverage
* Manage marketing budgets and track ROI
* Coordinate outdoor campaigns, sponsorships and community partnerships
* Improve data capture, reporting and cross-platform cohesion
The Candidate:
You're switched on, detail‐obsessed and commercially minded. You love both the creative and analytical sides of marketing — and you thrive under deadlines.
* Strong eye for detail and brand consistency
* Confident reporting on analytics and campaign performance
* Experienced with Google Analytics, Canva & Microsoft Office
* Familiar with REA/Domain platforms
* Ability to juggle multiple campaigns without dropping the ball
* Proactive, solutions‐focused and calm under pressure
* Passionate about building brands that stand out
