Your Role as a Talent Advisor:
* Managing high-volume end-to-end recruitment across a wide variety of roles.
* Partnering with hiring managers to deliver fast, effective recruitment solutions.
* Designing and executing creative sourcing strategies (yes, even the hard-to-fill ones)
* Managing multiple priorities while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
* Building and nurturing active and passive talent pipelines.
* Contributing to Aruma's EVP, brand presence, and diversity goals.
What We Look For:
* Experience in high-volume recruitment (in-house or agency)
* Confidence navigating fast-paced environments with competing demands
* Strong direct sourcing skills and a passion for engaging passive talent
* Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills
* A proactive, flexible mindset and exceptional time management
* Experience using ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and data insights to inform decisions
