**About the role**
**Duties**
- Set up of workflow and role based permissions for any new processes.
- Provide end-user support and training
- Manage the SAP SuccessFactors half yearly upgrade process.
- Support where required to maintain functionality
- Establish and maintain a data integrity processes to monitor and analyse data integrity issues and implement solutions to ensure data accuracy (data audits), including integration to CHRIS21
**Skills & Experience**
- 5 + years SAP SuccessFactors administration experience
- Strong experience in Employee Central (EC) Module
- Experience across other SuccessFactors modules such as Recruitment & Onboarding, Performance and goals desired but not essential
- Demonstrated experience of hands on configuration across EC and other SAP SuccessFactors modules
