We are seeking an experienced COOK plus KITCHEN ASSISTANTS who are passionate about people, quality food and great coffee to join our team at our Merlo Coffee Toowoomba stores: Russell Street, Wyalla and Xpress.
Flexible hours over a 7 day roster.
Casual hours with potential Full Time role for the right fit.
About you
Minimum 1 year prior experience required.
Ideally a certificate in Commercial Cookery/ Hospitality
Kitchen organisation:manage the workflow and meet preparation targets, complete food safety checklists and other OH&S procedures, order stock and food items for the store
Able to work in a fast paced environmentand an ability to work autonomously
Soundfood safety and hygiene knowledge
High attention to detail
A fun, hardworking and energetic attitude towards work
A demonstrated understanding of the Merlo workplace culture
