We are looking for a Communications Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract which may be extended based on business needs. This role sits within the Communications team, which is part of the Strategy and Member Experience division.

We do this by responsibly managing their retirement savings, delivering strong long-term investment returns and offering relevant support so they can make informed decisions.

About the role
Reporting to the Manager, Brand and Communications, you will:
1. Coordinate all BAU communications activities within the Communications team to align with the overall communications team plan
2. Manage the end-to-end delivery of a number of member and compliance communications, often with strict deadlines. This includes planning, stakeholder consultation, reviewing, editing, briefing, getting estimates, artwork approval and sign off
3. Be responsible for all form, fact sheet, brochure, letter and any website updates as and when required. This will include basic copywriting requirements to align with GESB's overall language guidelines
4. Assisting with branding reviews including presentations, new flyers, posters etc. and ensure these align with GESB's overall brand guidelines
5. Develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including outsourced providers
6. Demonstrate the expected behaviours of the leadership context for this role.

9. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills - and experience working with strict deadlines
10. Basic copywriting skills are required

12. Basic graphic design skills would be advantageous
13. A tertiary qualification in a relevant field
