Your role
Responsibilities
* Participating in a structured two-year program with two 12-month rotations across AusPac operations.
* Receiving mentorship from experienced industry professionals.
* Connecting with a global community of engineers and professionals.
* Working on real-world engineering challenges with global impact.
* Securing a permanent, full-time position upon program completion.
Graduate – Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineer:
* Supporting asset management strategies to maximize plant uptime and equipment reliability.
* Performing fault finding and problem solving to resolve technical issues.
* Assisting with planned and reactive maintenance, including major plant shutdowns.
* Maintaining a wide range of manufacturing equipment and gaining hands-on experience.
Graduate – Electrical Control Systems Engineer (Kurri Kurri, NSW):
* Designing and automating fixed and mobile manufacturing equipment.
* Developing control systems for raw material storage, delivery, and depot infrastructure.
* Collaborating on Load Plus automation projects, integrating hardware and software.
* Contributing to engineering and design of control systems using PLCs, HMI/SCADA.
Graduate – Electrical Engineer:
* Maintaining and supporting plant electrical assets, including HV/LV systems, AC/DC equipment, and switchgear.
* Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults to improve reliability.
* Developing skills in the operation and use of instruments in modern control and safety systems.
* Participating in planned and reactive maintenance, including major plant shutdowns.
* Working hands-on with electrical infrastructure and industrial safety practices.
Graduate – Chemical / Process Engineer:
* Engaging in hazard identification and risk assessments.
* Supporting manufacturing operations, assisting in incident investigations, and contributing to safer operations.
* Working with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and internal safety standards.
* Contributing to the design and optimization of safe manufacturing and storage processes, especially for explosive or high-risk materials.
About you
Qualifications
* Is studying or has recently completed a degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering; Electrical, Control Systems Engineering; Chemical, Process Engineering or a related discipline.
* Has graduated in 2024 or 2025.
* Holds a Bachelor's, Postgraduate, or Master's degree.
