Fixed Term Full Time position (1.0 EFT)
Aligned with BHN's vision and strategy, the Program Lead oversees the Older Persons High Rise (OPHR) & SAVVI program areas within the Client Services portfolio. The incumbent ensures the delivery of high-quality engagement and support services to tenants in designated high-rise estates and supported residential services. They play a pivotal role in fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders, managing operational objectives, and providing leadership to a dedicated team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Leadership / Teamwork: Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, and support to teams, fostering a culture aligned with BHN's objectives, Support the Program Manager in presenting business cases and advocacy positions.
* Communication / Relationships: Cultivate operational relationships with clients, volunteers, and stakeholders to enhance service delivery standards.
* Governance, Strategic and Operational Planning: Provide expertise for transparent reporting and strategic planning. Contribute to program planning under the guidance of the Program Manager.
* Service Delivery – Client Experience: Support program growth and strategic development.
* Provide health education and support: Assist tenants in accessing community and health services. Address mental health and substance addiction issues.
Essential attributes:
* Bachelor of Health Sciences or Bachelor of Community Health.
* Proficiency in assessment, care planning, and program evaluation.
* Budget management experience.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work within program standards and guidelines.
* Understanding of related health legislative reforms.
