We're looking for a hands-on, safety-focused coordinator to join our Melbourne team as a Terminal Operations Coordinator. In this role, you'll coordinate the movement of containers through the terminal and onto the train, while keeping operations running safely and efficiently.
What you'll be doing
* Coordinating daily terminal operations and resource allocation
* Ensuring safe handling of Dangerous Goods and compliance with WHS standards
* Working with maintenance teams to ensure rollingstock is made available for scheduled inspections and repairs
* Building strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, and customers

You'll bring experience from logistics, transport, or heavy industry operations, along with strong organisational and people skills. You know how to stay calm under pressure, make smart decisions, and keep things moving smoothly.
