Main Responsibilities:
* Foster relationships with new business partners for the distribution of investment and insurance products.
* Meet sales targets for investments and insurance across various categories.
* Promote cross-selling of financial products through partner networks.
* Maintain strong connections with sub-brokers, mutual fund distributors, and insurance advisors.
* Provide regular product updates, training, and support to partners.
* Cultivate engagement initiatives among partners to boost business volumes.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes.
* Share insights and feedback from the field to enhance products and marketing strategies.
Necessary Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
* Preferred certifications include AMFI & IRDAI.
* Basic knowledge of Mutual Funds/Insurance is advantageous.
