Teaching Assistant Role
We are seeking a skilled teaching assistant to join our team. As a teaching assistant, you will be responsible for supporting a classroom by engaging with children, families, and the community.
About Your Responsibilities
* You will assist in creating a supportive learning environment that fosters children's growth and development.
* You will work closely with teachers to implement educational programs and activities.
* You will engage with parents and carers to build strong relationships and ensure open communication.
* You will contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for children.
About You
* You hold a Certificate III or higher qualification in Children's Services.
* You possess a current blue card and first aid qualifications.
* You have experience working in early childhood settings.
* You have a sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
