About the role
Are you a master of the dough, a connoisseur of crusts, and a wizard with yeast? We're seeking a Trade Qualified Baker with experience in fast-paced bakery environments to be a key ingredient in our bakery team. You'll contribute to a department that is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging.

1. Trade Certification or Diploma: A formal qualification in baking is required, showcasing your commitment to the trade.
2. Extensive baking experience: Particularly in a high-speed baking setting.
3. Food safety and hygiene knowledge: You uphold high safety and hygiene standards.
4. Customer obsessed: You delight customers with your baking.
5. Passion for quality and consistency: You take pride in every loaf you deliver.
6. Mentorship and Team Support: You coach and support other team members in honing their craft.
